Yes. The organizer can send invitations and reminders from the organizer page. Email addresses can be entered manually or imported from a CSV or text file.
FindOurTime compares the submitted responses and ranks the available time slots according to participant overlap. The organizer can review these results alongside the complete response grid before making the final decision.
Participants who opted into email updates receive the selected date, time, time zone, and meeting link. The organizer can also share the final time directly, download an .ics calendar event, or add the meeting to Google Calendar.
Yes. The organizer can select a different final time when necessary. Participants who requested email updates will receive the revised meeting information.
Anonymous polls expire 14 days after the latest date included in the poll. A free Attalos account can save up to three FindOurTime polls, while paid Attalos plans include unlimited saved polls.
FindOurTime does not require public profiles or expose participant email addresses. However, organizer, participant, and edit links should be treated like private documents. Anyone who receives one of these links may be able to access the functions associated with it.
FindOurTime is suitable for remote teams, freelancers, clients, study groups, clubs, families, friends, and any group that needs to coordinate schedules across different calendars, devices, or time zones.
